Our Production Process

BIOGAS PRODUCTION

First Stage: The wastes collected from the contracted farms by closed tankers are brought to the facility and discharged into the reception pool.

FERMENTATION PROCESS

The wastes collected and mixed in the reception pool are pressed into heat insulated, impermeable and special equipment tanks. In these tanks, certain temperature and pH are mixed and kept in an oxygen-free environment. Biogas is obtained in this process.

ELECTRICITY GENERATION

The biogas obtained is collected in the Buffer Tank. Approximately 55-60% of biogas is methane, 25-30% Co2 and 5-10% water vapor. Collected biogas is purified from sulfur in the desulphurization facility. After the moisture is removed, it is pressurized and sent to gas engines and electricity is obtained.

WHY?

WHY RENEWABLE ENERGY?

The depletion of resources shows that renewable energy is the only option for our future.

WHY BIOGAS?

We produce biogas because it does not harm natural resources and life diversity.

WHY ORGANOMINERAL?

With its moisture-retaining properties, it ensures that the moisture in the soil is preserved for a longer time.

POLRES POLICIES

While Polres contributes to the energy production of the country, it invests in this day with the answer it gives to the employment and energy needs it creates.
